Terms of Service

The Services

NativeForm lets you create forms in plain language, collect responses through links, embeds, and integrations (including Slack), and get structured data, smart fields, and analytics. You can export data or trigger automations through APIs and webhooks. Some features are in early access or preview.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Services. When you sign in (for example with Google or X), you are responsible for safeguarding your account and any API keys or integration tokens you generate.

Your responsibilities

• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide required notices and obtain consents from respondents where needed.
• Do not misuse the Services (for example, spamming, probing, or interfering with systems).
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content you submit to NativeForm (including form definitions, responses, files, and messages). You grant NativeForm a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. This includes generating normalized values, smart fields, summaries, and analytics.

If you create forms that collect personal data from others, you act as the data controller for that data. NativeForm processes that data on your behalf as a service provider.

AI features

AI outputs are generated based on your inputs and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Do not use the Services for decisions that require professional advice (for example, medical, legal, or financial advice).

To provide AI features, we may send relevant content to AI model providers via Vercel AI Gateway. Your use of these features must comply with these Terms and any applicable third-party policies.

Integrations and third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party services (such as Slack, Google, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and you are responsible for maintaining permissions and access. NativeForm is not responsible for third-party services.

Early access and beta features

Some features are experimental, in preview, or early access. These features may change or be removed without notice, and may not be suitable for production use.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Services or other users. You can stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NativeForm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
