This Privacy Policy explains how NativeForm collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, app, and services (the "Services"). It also describes your choices and rights.

Who we are

NativeForm is an AI-native form platform operated by Theo (solo developer) based in France. If you have questions about this policy, email us at theoreumontpro@gmail.com.

If you submit a form created by someone else, that form owner is the data controller for your response. NativeForm processes responses on their behalf as a service provider.

At a glance

  • We host the app on Vercel and store data in Neon (Postgres).
  • File uploads are stored in Vercel Blob Storage.
  • We send emails through Resend.
  • We use Google OAuth (GCP) for authentication.
  • We rely on Vercel Analytics (cookieless by default).
  • AI features run through Vercel AI Gateway and its available models.
  • We do not sell personal data.

Information we collect

Account data. When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, profile photo, and identifiers from OAuth providers (such as Google, and optionally X).

Form configuration. Form names, questions, field types, logic, and settings you create in NativeForm.

Responses and content. Responses submitted through public links, embeds, and integrations. This may include both normalized values (typed data) and the original raw text used for context and audit.

Files and attachments. Any files uploaded through NativeForm (for example images or documents attached to responses).

Integrations data. If you connect Slack or other services, we may collect workspace identifiers, channel or thread messages, and tokens needed to operate the integration.

Usage and diagnostics. Log data, device information, and aggregate analytics about how the Services are used. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not rely on cross-site tracking.

Support communications. Messages you send us and feedback you provide.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain NativeForm.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Generate AI outputs such as smart fields, summaries, and analytics.
  • Send transactional or product emails (for example, sign-in or account notices).
  • Monitor usage, debug issues, and improve the Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and processors

We share data with trusted service providers to operate NativeForm. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. Key providers include:

  • Vercel (hosting, edge delivery, analytics, and AI Gateway).
  • Neon (Postgres database hosting).
  • Vercel Blob Storage (file uploads and attachments).
  • Resend (transactional email delivery).
  • Google Cloud Platform (OAuth authentication).
  • Slack and other integrations you enable.
  • AI model providers accessed via Vercel AI Gateway.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

AI processing

NativeForm uses AI models to extract structured data from conversations, generate smart fields, and help you query your data. To provide these features, we transmit relevant inputs and context to AI model providers through Vercel AI Gateway. Those providers process data according to their own policies.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Data retention

We retain account data and form data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can request deletion at any time. We may retain limited backup or log data for security, compliance, and continuity purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at theoreumontpro@gmail.com.

If you are a respondent to a form, please contact the form owner first, as they control the data collected through their forms.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use the Services responsibly.
